Vijay and Julie’s wedding is a perfect example of how interfaith couples can combine their beliefs on their big day. To honor Vijay’s heritage, the couple wed under a traditional Indian mandap and gave out magnets from India with elephants painted on them, along with a brief story about the significance of elephants in India and to the couple. There were even Indian games and dancing to get the guests in on the fun.
