Hi,

I am Pakistani/Irish and he is Filipino/Puerto Rican/German/Irish.

It's a lot I know!

I want Indian food but I know we need to compromise. I would really prefer a sit down dinner are there any suggestions that will please everybody or is a buffet or different stations more ideal?

Are you having multiple events? Maybe  you can have different cuisines for different events.

If not, I think buffet/stations would be ideal to mix cuisines. Unless you can find a catering company that can do Indian-Western fusion cuisine.

Have you met with a caterer as of yet?  Many of these companies have seen it all and can guide you in the right path!
